Pick-Up Days and Policies:
Pick-up Location and Days: Pickups are available every Friday from 10 AM onwards. New Beith QLD 412 Order cut-off for Friday pickup is Tuesday at midnight.
For arranging pick-up on a different day and time, please reach out to sweetjoybykarito@gmail.com to discuss viable options for both parties.
Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.
Shipping Day and Polices:
All cookies are sent via AusPost Express delivery with a minimum fee of $12.95 Australia-wide. Large scale and custom orders / corporate send outs may incur additional fees, Typically, it takes between 1-3 business days from the time it’s dispatched to reach your doorstep.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and contact information. If your contact details are incorrect, we don’t take responsibility for any loss of goods and or delays in the delivery of your order. We are also not responsible for lost packages even if they are appearing in the tracking system as delivered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason, once Sweet Joy by Karito sends you the tracking number.
Sweet Joy by Karito is not responsible for delays in the AusPost due to the high volume they present according to the season.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.
Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
While we are always happy to help resolve your issues, we simply are not in charge of the delivery process and the information / tracking details we have access to are the exact same display of information that you as a customer would have received via your AusPost emails and app tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have selected authority to leave unattended shipping, you take full responsibility of your parcel should it go missing, if you’d like to eliminate the risk, please select with signature shipping.
Our cookies are baked fresh the day they are sent out and last up to 6 weeks.
Now we know you’re excited to get your hands on our delectable treats, so we’ll get them to you asap. Allow 2-3 working days for us to handcraft, safely package, and send out your order. We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday, ensuring your freshly made goodies won’t languish in a postal depot over the weekend.
Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Sweet Joy by Karito does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Sweet Joy by Karito is located in New Beith, QLD 4124 We do not have a physical store yet. In our online store you can place your order with shipping or pick up.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PICK-UP DAYS AND TIMES?
We ship to all Australia wide. Shipping day: Monday of each week.
Pickup day: Wednesday, Friday.

By placing my order, I understand that the shipment of all orders (Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped on Monday by AusPost.
DO YOU MAKE LOCAL DELIVERIES?
At this time we do not offer delivery service.

HOW LONG LAST DELIVERY TAKES?
We use AusPost for all our cookie deliveries and send them express with tracking. For domestic express shipping, a package frequently takes 1-3 days to arrive at its destination. Most often, domestic express shipping to capital cities arrives the following day.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that our deliveries adhere to this schedule, occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the delivery time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events as they are out of our control, however, we can assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUN ORDER?
Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.
One of our mottos is Pickup Day is Baking Day/Shipping Day is Baking Day.

HOW CAN I PRESERVE YOUR COOKIES?
Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.
If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 350F-180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie.
